GauNeeti is a Gir Cow Dairy Startup initiated in 2017. The idea for the initiative was generated while discussing the challenges in the food ecosystem and the dire need of access to unadulterated food.
Shreekant has a Masters in Software Engineering and worked in IT for 10 years before becoming a full time Agripreneur. Charmy, on the other hand, is a Chemical Engineer and has been a University Professor for 12 years.
Owing to the sheer passion and hardwork and learning from mistakes, GauNeeti grew from 4 to 100+ Gir Cows. They are currently serving 300+ health-conscious families in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. The product range includes Premium Gir Cow A2 Milk, Bilona Ghee, Organic Groceries, Oils, Superfoods and Seasonal Specialties, along with a Range of Organic Fertilizers and Pesticides.

An Engineer Couple and avid Nature Lovers - Shreekant & Charmy are very passionate in their quest to understand and work with Mother Nature in full symbiosis, along with building up an Agri-Enterprise, so as to make Pure Food available to a wider set of people who are looking for Authentic sources of the same.
The Team
The Core Team of GauNeeti started off modestly with 4 Cows in 2017. Without any prior experience and relying on study, research and instincts, the Core team started taking baby steps. Obviously learning from a lot of mistakes and with the support of customers, the Team grew to 20+ Employees as on today, managing 100+ Cows and A Million Earthworms! The team consists of people from 3-4 States and of varied background, including Managers, Accountants, Supervisors, Delivery Boys and Farm Workers.
